You'll enjoy: A great work-life balance - 40-hour week Access to high street discounts and wellness programmes Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Additional leave purchase options Digital GP and healthcare benefits Key Responsibilities As Head Chef, you'll oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards and smooth service across two dining rooms: Lead and motivate a team of 6 Chefs and 3 KPs Plan, prepare, and deliver up to 3 meals per day for large volumes of diners Manage catering for formal functions (up to 200 covers) and large-scale events (500-1000 guests) Control budgets, stock, and supplier orders Maintain full compliance with food hygiene, allergens, and health & safety standards Manage rotas and ensure effective team scheduling Support, train, and mentor junior team members What we're looking for We're seeking a confident and organised Head Chef with a passion for leadership and quality food service: Proven experience in a similar Head Chef role (minimum 2 years) Strong organisational and leadership skills Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and evenings as required A proactive and positive approach to team management If you're ready to take the next step in your career as a Head Chef, we'd love to hear from you.
