Their Commercial Property team acts for a broad range of clients — from institutional investors and developers to charities and high-net-worth individuals — on complex and high-value transactions, development and property finance. The Role: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Senior Solicitor to join their highly regarded and award-winning team. Working closely with senior lawyers and partners, you will advise on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including: Landlord and tenant matters, drafting complex leases and extensions Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Site assembly and development finance Drafting, negotiating and reviewing complex legal documentation Building strong relationships with clients and other professional advisors You will be given responsibility from the outset, alongside the support and mentoring to further develop your technical and client-facing skills, and long-term career development.
