This will be a personal tax focused position, where you will support the Tax manager with all compliance tax matters and have the opportunity to get involved in advisory work to across CGT, and IHT planning.There is fantastic support, training and growth on offer, and this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a leading regional practice.Managing a portfolio of self-assessment tax clients including personal tax clients and partnershipsProviding advisory services relating to Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax and Estate planning. Prepare various tax forms, including but not limited to P11ds, PSA, ATEDs and elections for clients where required. Communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and HMRC over the phone, through email and in writing if required.Supervision and mentoring of junior tax staff. Meeting with potential new clients and assisting with client onboarding.RequirementsYou will be AAT or ATT qualified, or qualified by experience with at least 3 years experience working within an accountancy practice environment or personal tax position. You will have experience of preparing tax returns for Manager or Partner review and have experience of relevant tax computation software.Benefits£35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
