Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Nurse - Full-Time (Variable Hours) Location: Birmingham, B29 Contract Type: Full-Time (Hours vairy between 8am-6pm) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Start Date: ASAP Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a caring and experienced Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join a welcoming early years setting in the B29 area of Birmingham. This full-time role offers variable working hours between 8am and 6pm and requires a candidate who is confident in providing personal care and passionate about supporting young children's development. Key Responsibilities: Support children aged 0-5 with their learning, play, and personal care needs. Deliver age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework. Assist with feeding, toileting, and hygiene routines in a respectful and sensitive manner. Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes emotional wellbeing and independence. Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to planning and observations. Requirements: Level 3 Childcare-related qualification is essential. Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting. Comfortable and experienced in providing personal care. Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development. Ability to provide two professional references. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A warm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young children.
