Role purposeWe are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work on our Thames Water framework, reporting to our Maidstone office.With a hybrid working model, ideally you would be willing to commute to the Maidstone office once or twice weekly. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating resources, managing timelines, and navigating challenges to achieve outstanding results.The RoleContracted to 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday.Management of staff and subcontractors working on assigned projectsTaking responsibility for the health & safety of self and all under your control, completion of RAMS.Creation and management of the appropriate Project Documentation and control of project expenditure within a monthly project reporting structureClose liaison and management of the Client and other stakeholders as appropriateProactively manage the impact on and protection of the environment.RequirementsEssential CDM Awareness (ideally SSSTS or SMSTS)CSCS cardIndustry Based qualifications (NVQ/C&G)Driving licenceIndustrial engineering experience – ie water industry, MEICA, civilsExperience in the design and delivery of projectsExperience in managing CDM sites and working on CDM sitesCapable of effectively managing more than one project at any one time, depending on complexityCapable of effectively managing teams, including employees and subcontractorsUnderstanding of project governance procedures and commercial aspects of projectsSound knowledge of H&S legislation and regulationsDesirableHNC / HND level qualifications Site experience is essential, currently or previously in a supervisory site role or Project engineer role.Southern Water Experience is desirable but not essential.BenefitsBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR BRIDGESRoSPA Gold Medal winner, Bridges - is an excellent company to work for and a great place to develop your career.
