Background:The ideal Quality Assistant will: Have a keen eye for detail and an understanding of quality standards in manufacturing.Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Previous experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Be comfortable working in a cold environment.
