Smart Teachers are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support our EYFS team in one of our local schools in Kensington and Chelsea, delivering engaging learning experiences, promoting children’s development, and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.About the role In this role, you will support the lead teacher in planning and delivering a broad range of learning experiences that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children. You will work closely with children on a one-to-one or small group basis, assisting with classroom activities, play-based learning, and daily routines. The role also involves supporting the creation of a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment, observing and recording children’s progress, and building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.About the school The school is a welcoming and inclusive setting that provides high-quality education and care for children in their early years. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
