Teaching Personnel is working with a supportive school on the Wirral, and is seeking a dedicated and confident Teaching Assistant.Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.Work closely with class teachers and SENCO to implement individual education plans (IEPs).Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and emotional regulation strategies. Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with SEN children (in school or other settings).Confident, patient, and adaptable in a dynamic classroom environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
