The school is dedicated to creating a collaborative and supportive learning community where staff and pupils alike are encouraged to inspire, believe, and achieve.This is a full-time position (8:30am – 3:30pm) starting in January, offering an excellent opportunity for an early career educator to grow and make a lasting impact.Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of early learnersAssess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support developmentFoster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environmentCollaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies and share best practiceTake part in professional development opportunities to refine and expand your teaching skills
Required Qualifications
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Strong classroom management and organisational skills
Knowledge and Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to differentiate instruction to meet a range of learning needsUp-to-date knowledge of current educational practices and pedagogyConfident use of technology to enhance teaching and learning
