Year 1 Teacher – Full-Time Role in Irlam (January Start)Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher looking for your next rewarding opportunity?Teaching Personnel is delighted to be partnering with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Irlam, seeking a full-time Year 1 Teacher to join their supportive and forward-thinking team. With a strong focus on collaboration, academic progress, and personal growth, it’s an excellent setting for a teacher eager to make a genuine difference in a Key Stage 1 classroom.Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess creative and effective lessons for Year 1 pupilsTrack and evaluate pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedbackEstablish a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environmentDifferentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learnersCollaborate with colleagues to share resources and best practicesParticipate in school initiatives and ongoing professional development opportunities Candidate Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience desirable)Strong classroom and behaviour management skillsAbility to plan and deliver differentiated lessons for mixed-ability groupsExcellent understanding of the National CurriculumConfident use of technology to support learningStrong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
