Affinity Workforce Solutions are currently looking for a passionate and committed Cover Supervisor to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, starting ASAP within the Melksham and Devizes area. What You'll Be Doing* Supporting students' progress and development. * Encouraging a learning experience that accelerates student achievement. * Monitoring and evaluating assessment and feedback in line with school policy. * Maintaining discipline and promoting high standards of behaviour and work. * Deploying classroom support effectively to enhance learning outcomes. * Tracking student attainment and progress using departmental systems. * Providing written and verbal feedback to support student growth. What We're Looking For* Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).* A valid teaching qualification and Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one). * The right to work in the UK. * A belief that all students can make outstanding progress. * A proactive, inspiring attitude and commitment to raising attainment.
