Job Title: Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant (English & German Speaking) Salary: £12.65 per hour + bonus (OTE) Location: London Based with Hybrid (Office presence required for training and business needs) Shifts: Rotational schedule between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday Role Purpose We are looking for a Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant to deliver exceptional support to customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on providing personalised solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times. Work closely with team leaders to meet service level agreements and performance targets. Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience. Maintain accurate records and adhere to compliance standards. Demonstrate flexibility to work within agreed shift patterns, including evenings and weekends when required. Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed. Skills & Experience Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken). Excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Strong numeracy and literacy skills. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service environment (desirable). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Model Hybrid working with the majority of tasks completed remotely. Office attendance required for training, coaching, and business meetings.
