This is a full-time role, supporting students with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.Your Role: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with varying additional needs Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and social skills Requirements: Experience working with children or young people with SEN or challenging behaviour A calm, patient, and resilient approach Full-time availability, Monday to Friday An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) If you’re a caring, committed, and enthusiastic individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners, we’d love to hear from you.Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection and that successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service, or completing an application for a new check.We also offer, via our partner, access to accredited Education-relevant CPD courses.
