Job Advert: Teaching Assistant Location: Sleaford Salary: £90 – £110 per day Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time – Long-term and supply roles availableAre you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join friendly and supportive schools in Sleaford. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in students’ lives while gaining valuable experience in education.Responsibilities: Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities and lessonsProvide one-to-one or small group support to help pupils reach their goalsAssist in managing classroom behaviour in a calm and positive wayHelp prepare learning materials and set up classroom resourcesSupport children with additional needs, ensuring inclusion and engagementSupervise pupils during break times and transitionsContribute to creating a fun, safe, and inspiring learning environment Requirements: Previous experience working with children or in a school setting (desirable)A passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeingStrong communication and teamwork skillsA patient, caring, and proactive attitudeUnderstanding of safeguarding and promoting pupil welfareEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) This is a great chance for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping children learn, grow, and achieve their best.
