This is a chance to apply your expertise to guide and inspire students who thrive with structure, patience, and bespoke support.The Role: High Impact, Specialism, and Growth This role is centered on both academic delivery and crucial emotional development, offering a high level of responsibility: Core Subject Leadership: Engage in sessions focused on core subjects, primarily English and Maths, differentiating lessons to meet the unique learning needs of all children. Proactive Behaviour Management: Consistently implement routines and expectations and strictly follow individual behaviour support plans to maintain a positive and predictable classroom climate. Team Leadership: Effectively liaise and deploy support staff (Teaching Assistants) to enhance learning outcomes. Essential Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate professional empathy and necessary qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
