Job DescriptionJoin us for your placement year in summer 2026! Our internships are designed to give you an insight into what it's like to work for a world-renowned brand with a culture of support and community.In our Contact Centre, we work with over 100 employees to ensure a good customer experience from the first point of contact. Customers will contact us through calls, emails and Live Chat throughout the year. Winter is our busiest period when we can receive up to 3000 calls a day.We are a great community which organise a lot of events throughout the year such as volunteer days, training days, overviews within the company and externally.In this role, you will be responsible for:Helping to ensure the scheduling of our resource for our phones and emailsAnalysing call dataReal time analytics and managing day-to-day operationsThis is a paid internship, giving you the chance to gain valuable experience while contributing to the smooth running of our Contact Centre.Along with all of this, you will have the opportunity to get involved with our intern, social and eco committees as well as time to work on your own personal projects.Interested?
