Graduate Teacher Training Opportunity - Northampton Location: Northampton Start Date: ASAP or January 2026 Contract: Full-Time | Term-Time Only Pay Rate: £95-£120 per day (dependent on experience) Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to train as a qualified teacher? We're working in partnership with secondary schools across Northampton who are offering Graduate Teacher Training pathways beginning ASAP or from January 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience while developing the essential skills needed to progress into a PGCE, SCITT, QTS, or teacher apprenticeship route. About the Role This full-time, paid position is designed to equip aspiring teachers with real classroom experience, mentorship, and professional development. You'll work alongside experienced educators, take on increasing responsibilities, and build confidence in lesson delivery, behaviour management, and student support.
