Our client is a leading international law firm which has been making significant strides in recent years with growth, financial performance and international expansion. It is highly regarded for this success and has plans for future development. A rare opportunity has come up for an experienced litigation partner to join the firm in a role which will work closely with the firm’s General Counsel and the risk & compliance team, as well as other senior people within the firm. Supported by the risk and compliance team, the focus of the role will include advising on and where appropriate handling business critical litigation, complaints, claims and conflicts. In this role you will be part of a group of senior people making strategic decisions on escalated matters and working to protect the firm and achieve the best possible outcome for it with each situation and matter. Our client is looking for an senior partner whose practice has been in insurance and commercial litigation matters and also has experience of the law firm risk & compliance environment, ideally including exposure to the SRA regulatory regime and regulations. This is not a fee-earning role and is an exceptional senior appointment. Following is not an issue and it will suit someone who is looking to apply their expertise in a new and challenging way.
