Business Development Manager - Land & New Homes (Remote)Location: Remote, travel within the Middlesex areaSalary: Basic up to £35,000 per annum, OTE circa £50,000 per annumCar allowance or mileage contribution available Our client is a respected independent property company seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to help grow its Land & New Homes division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated professional with proven success in the property sector who enjoys building strong partnerships and winning new business. About the role As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining B2B relationships with developers, landowners, and property professionals. You will identify opportunities, secure new sites, and drive new homes instructions while working closely with internal teams to maximise business potential. This position is remote, with occasional regional travel to client sites and meetings.
