Key Duties & Responsibilities:You will manage your own diverse caseload of private client matters including: Drafting Wills and advising on Estate PlanningAdministering Estates and ProbateCreation and management of TrustsPreparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)Inheritance Tax planning and wealth preservation(Optional) Court of Protection work You’ll also be encouraged to participate in business development, networking and growing your client base within the local community and professional circles. Your Profile:We welcome applications from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals or Fee Earners with: 2+ years’ experience in Private Client lawStrong client communication and case management skillsSTEP and/or SFE accreditations (or working towards them) – desirable but not essentialAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamMeticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills What’s On Offer?
