Taylor Stevenson is proud to be working with one of the UK’s largest franchised estate agency groups who are looking for a full time, on-site Sales Negotiator to join their team in Doncaster.Responsibilities and Duties: Managing property sales and lettingsLiaising with clients and potential buyersNegotiating offersConducting property viewingsProviding exceptional customer serviceMaintaining accurate recordsAchieving sales targetsContributing to marketing activities Essential Attributes: Sales and Estate Agents skills (2 years + experience)Strong Communication skills and Customer Service experienceExperience in LettingsExcellent negotiation abilities and sales-oriented mindsetProficiency in property management software is a plusHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamValid driver's license and access to a vehicle Benefits: 20 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)Social gatheringsUse of onsite car when attending viewings Working hours – Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 16:30 and 2/4 Saturdays a month – 9:00 – 12:00Salary - £26,000 - £30,00 (DOE) plus commissionIf interested, please contact Paige Simpson onINDCT
