Production Operator Location: Thetford, Norfolk Employment Type: Full time Salary: Competitive Are you a reliable and detail-oriented individual with experience in assembly or manufacturing? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading engineering and production team, where you'll play an important role in building high-quality components while maintaining strong safety and quality standards. What you'll be doing: Assembling components in accordance with established operator guidance systems (OGS). Managing production timings to ensure daily build targets are achieved. Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace at all times. Supporting departmental and company objectives in line with business goals. Adopting and practising continuous improvement principles, including Kaizen and GEAR activities. Following all general procedures outlined in the company's process and quality manuals. Supporting and adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality management systems. Maintaining awareness of safety policies and regulations to ensure safe working practices. Carrying out additional duties as required to support production needs. What we're looking for: Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing (preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately. Good time management skills with the ability to meet daily targets. A proactive attitude towards teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement. Awareness of Health & Safety and quality control standards in a production environment. Why apply?
