We’re seeking a dedicated and motivated Registered Manager to lead our growing home care service in Uxbridge, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care for our clients living in their own homes.About the RoleAs the Domiciliary Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, leading a team of care coordinators and support workers, and delivering exceptional quality care throughout the Uxbridge area.You will: Oversee the safe delivery of all domiciliary care services.Manage recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff.Ensure full compliance with CQC requirements and company policies.Develop care plans and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and local authorities.Drive business growth through excellent service delivery and community engagement. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have: Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary or home care.Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care standards.NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards it).Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
