If you’re passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and making a real difference in their early development, this could be the perfect role for you!About the Role:As a SEN Teaching assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.Provide 1:1 support with students who require additional support.Working with small groups of pupilsDemonstrating a proactive and empathetic approach to supporting SEN students.Reflecting on and improving your practice through self-evaluation and CPD. Candidate specification: Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar settingA calm, patient, and empathetic approachExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is desirable but not essential f this sounds like the perfect role for you, we’d love to hear from you!
