Behaviour Support Assistant – Secondary School (Chorley)Location: Chorley, LancashireContract Dates: January – 28th March 2026Part-Time PositionA caring and inclusive secondary school in Chorley is looking for a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis from January until the end of March 2026.About the Role: You’ll work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support students with behavioural needs, helping them engage positively with learning and school life. This role is ideal for someone with experience in behaviour support, youth work, or SEN settings who is passionate about making a difference.Key Responsibilities:
Support students in managing behaviour and emotional regulationWork 1:1 and in small groups to promote positive engagementAssist in implementing behaviour plans and strategiesLiaise with staff and parents to support student progressContribute to a safe, respectful, and inclusive school environment
