About the Role As an SEN Supply Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging, tailored lessons to pupils with diverse needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and speech and language difficulties. You’ll work across specialist and mainstream settings in Salisbury, adapting your approach to create inclusive, positive learning environments! What You’ll Do Teach small classes, adapting lessons to meet individual needsFoster a safe, supportive classroom environment that encourages progress and confidenceCollaborate with school staff and SENCOs to implement effective strategiesPromote positive behaviour and emotional regulation using proven techniques What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) and experience in SEN or inclusive educationA flexible, proactive approach and strong classroom management skillsAbility to build rapport with pupils and staff quicklyA compassionate approach to teaching Why Choose Us?
