Stay informed about company policies concerning content moderation and community engagement. Requirements Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently. Excellent communication skills for effectively articulating moderation decisions. Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and care. Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adjust to a new cultural environment.
