Branch Manager - Automotive / Fast-Fit Centre Location: Hazlemere, BuckinghamshireJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £37,000 basic | OTE £45,000-£50,000 per yearBonus: £1,000 signing-on bonus (paid in instalments) About the Role We're recruiting for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead a busy automotive service and tyre centre in the Hazlemere area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in fast-fit, tyres, or vehicle servicing who is ready to take ownership of a thriving branch. You'll be responsible for driving performance, managing a skilled team, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. You'll oversee daily operations, from customer service and workshop efficiency to stock control and staff development. This is a hands-on role for someone who leads by example and thrives in a results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of branch operations and team performance Ensure sales, service, and profit targets are achieved and exceeded Provide leadership and support to workshop and front-of-house teams Handle customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and online Maintain stock levels and operational efficiency Recruit, induct, and develop new team members Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Step into a workshop role when required What We're Looking For Proven management experience within a fast-fit or automotive environment Strong knowledge of tyres, MOTs, and routine mechanical work Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability Full UK driving licence required What's on Offer £1,000 signing-on bonus (£500 after 6 months, £500 after 12 months) Weekly commission and performance-related bonuses Private medical insurance (shared contribution scheme) Company car or car allowance Pension scheme 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days with service) Staff and family discounts Uniform provided Refer-a-Friend scheme Structured training and genuine career progression opportunities Driving lesson assistance scheme Working Hours Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 18:00 Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00 One rota day off during the week (3 weeks out of 4) One Saturday off per month No Sunday working Why Apply This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, growing automotive group with a strong focus on staff development and customer service excellence.
