Civils Estimator - Ballymena - £40,000+ | Full-Time, Permanent - Excellent Benefits Package Brook Street Recruitment is delighted to partner with our client, a leading precast concrete manufacturer in Ballymena, in recruiting an experienced Civils Estimator to join their growing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in project delivery - supporting bids, maximising sales opportunities, and ensuring cost-effective, high-quality solutions for clients. The Role Prepare and calculate accurate construction cost estimates. Support the Lead Estimator in tenders, planning, and project development. Identify and convert sales opportunities into confirmed orders. Contribute to negotiation, award, and project handover stages. Represent the company at client meetings and trade events Criteria Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field. Proven estimating experience in civil engineering or construction. Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong commercial awareness.
