Chargehand / Plant Technician (Hull)We’re looking for a motivated Chargehand / Plant Technician to join our team at the Hull facility.Hourly Rate: £15.78Working Hours: 6am–6pm / 6pm–6amWork Pattern: 2 days on / 2 nights on / 4 days offAverage Weekly Hours: 39.375About the RoleReporting to the Supervisor, you’ll support the planning, coordination, and supervision of staff, vehicles, plant, and equipment on site. This role also involves ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards and maintaining accurate operational records.Key Responsibilities Lead, support, and develop operational staff. Maintain effective communication with contractors and clients. Oversee stock control and ensure smooth daily operations. Promote and maintain compliance with H&S policies and ISO procedures. Deputise for the Contract Supervisor when required. Requirements Team player with strong leadership and delegation skills. Experience in workload and holiday planning.
