These full-time, long-term roles focus on supporting individual pupils with additional needs—whether it’s autism, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language challenges.You’ll work closely with the pupil, teacher, and SENCO to create a safe, engaging space where progress feels possible—and every small win is a big one.What you’ll be doing: Providing 1:1 support tailored to the needs of one pupil Supporting behaviour, communication, learning, and emotional regulation Building trust and structure in the classroom and beyond Helping your pupil feel seen, heard, and ready to succeed What we’re looking for: Experience supporting children with SEND in a school or similar setting Calm, kind, and flexible approach to challenges Clear communication with both pupils and adults Thrive training is a bonus—but we’ll cover it if not!
