3+ Years PQE Hybrid Working High-Net-Worth Caseload Excellent BenefitsThe OpportunityA highly regarded regional law firm in Taunton is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its well-established and supportive team.You’ll be managing a varied and high-quality private client caseload, advising on all aspects of wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and lasting powers of attorney. The firm acts for a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, business owners and families across Somerset and the wider South West.Key Responsibilities Handle your own caseload of private client matters including wills, estate administration, LPAs, trusts and Court of Protection work (if desired)Provide clear, pragmatic advice to clients with empathy and professionalismWork closely with colleagues in the team, with full secretarial and paralegal supportOptionally get involved in business development and networking – though the team already has a strong pipeline of work What You’ll Need Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx)Minimum 3 years PQE in private client lawExperience advising on wills, probate, trusts and LPAsA client-focused and proactive approach, with strong communication skills What’s on Offer?
