SEN Tutor Salary: £25 - £35 Per hourJob Duties: Provide individualised support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)Develop and implement tailored learning plans based on students' specific needs and abilitiesDeliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' academic progress and overall well-beingMonitor student progress, assess their learning outcomes, and adjust teaching strategies accordinglyCollaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience working with students with SENExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant fieldExperience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SENKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN strategies and interventionsStrong grasp of the national curriculum and assessment frameworksAbility to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational NeedsExperience with assistive technologies and resources for SEN students Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible scheduleWork primarily in educational settings such as schools or learning centresMay involve occasional travel to meet with students and their families All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
