This is a full-time position with an immediate start. Your Role Lead and support learning within the classroom, working alongside experienced teachers Deliver small-group interventions and structured activities Build positive relationships and motivate students to reach their goals Support classroom management and contribute to a calm, encouraging learning environment Help create a space where every young person feels safe, supported, and understood What We’re Looking For Minimum of 6 months' childcare experience, ideally supporting students with additional needs Someone confident leading groups and stepping in to cover lessons when needed A patient, adaptable, and resilient individual with a passion for helping young people succeed Due to the school’s rural location, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle Why Work with Teaching Personnel Working with us means joining a community that invests in your development and celebrates your achievements.
