Façade Manager – Dublin Tier 1 Contractor on Landmark Developments €85,000 + Vehicle / Car Allowance + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus The Company Join one of Ireland’s leading Tier 1 main contractors, recognised for delivering high-quality, large-scale projects across Dublin’s skyline. With a strong portfolio spanning commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, this award-winning contractor combines technical innovation, build excellence, and sustainable design to deliver projects valued from €50m to €500m+. As the company continues its strong pipeline into 2025, they are seeking an experienced Façade Manager to oversee façade delivery on major Dublin-based residential and commercial schemes, some of the most ambitious urban developments currently under construction in the capital. The Role – Façade Manager As Façade Manager, you’ll take ownership of the full façade and envelope package from design coordination through to completion and handover. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and certifiers, ensuring every element of the façade meets the highest standards in quality, safety, and performance. Key Responsibilities:Plan, programme, and manage all façade-related works on large-scale Dublin projects.Coordinate façade subcontractors, suppliers, and design consultants.Oversee technical submittals, BCAR compliance, and approval processes.Manage façade testing, sampling, and inspection regimes.Monitor QA/QC standards using BIM Field or similar systems.Track material procurement and logistics to maintain programme.Ensure design and installation compliance with project specifications.Lead snagging, testing, and handover documentation.Manage and validate variations relating to façade packages. About You5+ years’ experience in façade management or envelope coordination.Strong track record on large residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.Trade background or Construction / Engineering qualification preferred.Excellent technical understanding of curtain walling, glazing, cladding, and roofing systems.In-depth knowledge of BCAR and quality control procedures.Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.Experience using Procore, BIM Field, or similar platforms.
