INDSSSales Manager - Property Sales Location: City of London (On-Site) Salary: £60,000-£70,000 basic | OTE £100,000 (uncapped) Job type: Full-time, Permanent About the role We're hiring a hands-on Sales Manager to lead multiple high-performing sales teams for a fast-growing UK property buying & selling business. You'll drive pipeline growth, improve conversion, and partner with client services/progression to deliver a fast, compliant, customer-first sales journey. Key responsibilities Lead, coach and performance-manage several sales teams to exceed targets Set KPIs, track performance and deliver coaching/training Grow the pipeline and improve enquiry→instruction→sale conversion Handle escalations; ensure a smooth, professional customer experience Deliver accurate forecasts and actionable insights to leadership Influence pricing/stock strategy to maximise speed and return Champion best practice across compliance/AML and customer care What we're looking for Proven success in property sales leadership within fast-paced environments Strong knowledge of UK property compliance/AML Excellent people management, coaching and motivational skills Strong negotiation/closing ability; commercially astute Highly organised; confident with CRMs and digital sales tools (e.g. Salesforce, Reapit) Desirable Experience in quick-sale/online or non-traditional agency models Understanding of data-driven lead generation Benefits £60k-£70k basic + OTE £100k (uncapped commission) Clear progression in a scaling, high-energy environment Real impact on strategy, process and team culture Schedule Monday to Friday (on-site, City of London) How to apply (confidentially) Please send your CV to samantha.sykes@raynerpersonnel.com.
