Financial Controller £75,000 - £85,000 + Benefits | London | PE-Backed, Multi-Site Business This is a rare opportunity to step into your first Financial Controller role within a high-growth, PE-backed business. The Business A growing portfolio of consumer-facing sites, backed by private equity and led by an ambitious leadership team. The culture is busy, cooperative, and pioneering - you'll be working closely with operators at site level, and senior decision-makers at the centre. The Role This is a hands-on FC position, suited to someone who thrives in a small team and wants to be at the heart of a business. You'll be key to day-to-day financial operations, drive improvements to reporting and controls, and partner with non-finance colleagues across the business. From site-level performance to strategic planning with the CFO, you'll be involved in it all.
