With our personalised approach, we’ll find you the hours you want to work, in the practices you want to work in, when you want to work.As a Dental Nurse working with Flourish Medical, your responsibilities may include: Assisting the dentist during a wide range of dental proceduresPreparing and maintaining dental equipment, instruments, and materialsEnsuring the surgery is clean, tidy, and fully stocked at all timesSterilising instruments and following infection control and cross-infection protocolsProviding chairside support to clinicians and reassurance to patientsMaintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with GDC and CQC standardsSupporting the smooth running of the dental team and patient flow throughout the day Required Skills & Experience GDC registration as a Dental NursePrevious experience working in NHS or private dental practicesExcellent chairside, organisational, and patient care skillsKnowledge of cross-infection control, decontamination, and dental software systemsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesA commitment to maintaining high clinical standards and continued professional development.
