We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistant to join our team. Our dedicated team is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment where every pupil can thrive and reach their full potential.Your RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with their learning across a range of subjects and activities.Help create a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.Assist with personal care and support needs, where required.Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure each child receives the best possible education and care.Build trusting relationships with pupils and help them develop confidence, communication, and independence skills.
