We are seeking a detail‑driven reporting lead with a strong grasp of loan facility monitoring to take ownership of reporting across our growing Private Funds Financing book. To support Hayfin's growth ambitions, our investors and stakeholders require accurate, timely, and insightful reporting on over 50 facilities — a number set to rise in the coming years. This new role will focus on building robust reporting processes, streamlining data flows, and ensuring proactive monitoring of facility performance as both book size and complexity increase. This role’s primary function will be to monitor the reporting and waterfall deliverables for the various Private Credit asset backed facilities (ABL) and the subscription line facilities (sub-lines) at Hayfin. You will be embedded in the Financing Solutions team, as well as collaborating with the wider Finance and Operations functions.Responsibilities will include:Monitor ABL facilities - oversee borrowing base reporting, drawdowns, repayments, and secured account cash flows.Track key dates in governing documents and ensure asset eligibility and valuation compliance.Manage sub-lines – prepare and distribute subscription line compliance certificates for reporting and drawdowns.Effective management of third party providersChampioning data governanceContributing to change and transformation projects across the firm RequirementsEXPERIENCE:Experienced within reputable Private Credit Asset Managers in the fund financing or asset backed funding spaceManaged and actively communicated with both internal stakeholders and external service providers SKILLS:Data visualization tools like Power Bi and QlikProficient in Excel, Bloomberg, Asset Servicing Systems (WSO/Solvas/Sentry)Flexible and adaptable to work in a dynamic environmentExceptional attention to detailAnalytical approach to problem solvingPromotes collaboration and teamworkAbility to clearly communicate with teams throughout the businessExcellent time management skillsUnderstanding management of risk and escalation processes
