The brand allows you to glow up like you just returned from a trip to paradise with our sun-kissed, skin-loving tan products and deliciously scented, efficacious haircare—all formulated with the best tropical Balinese ingredients.About the JobWe are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Account Manager (One year Maternity Cover) with the passion to drive exponential brand growth in wholesale within the UK. You will constantly uncover new opportunities with our current and new retail partners. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for someone who loves sales, business development and analysis. You are a people person who can build great relationships with our partners whilst driving strong commercial negotiations. This role encapsulates the development and implementation of retail strategies, marketing plans, forecasting, pricing, as well as managing retail marketing spend with a focus on the UK market for our brands. This role leads across the planning, execution, performance review and recommendations for all marketing and trading initiatives across all assigned retailers, for physical and online retailers. You will be reporting to the Chief Sales Officer based in USA, working alongside the retail and brand teams in US, Europe and APAC. ResponsibilitiesDevelop new retail leads, approaching and pitching our brands to new retail partners Drive, co-develop with the Chief Sales Officer, and closely manage the implementation of the distribution business plan for our retail brandsPresent to our existing and new retail partners our current products and new product launches, driving excitement for the brandsSecure and manage the best in class retail partners in the UK ensuring financial targets are metCreate, plan and execute marketing plans for campaign launches, collaborate with stakeholders to put together a plan of action for successful execution and to maximise revenue and profit.Responsible for monthly reporting, profit & loss reporting, setting of performance measurement/matrix to measure the well-being of our retail partnersRequirementsRole RequirementsA minimum of 4 years experience in sales and account management in the UK market for beauty brandsExperience working with Boots an assetMust have experience managing OMNI channel retailersA track record of growing beauty brands sell in and sell out in the UK market with retail partnersExcellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skillsYou must be high energy with a strong sense of urgency to excite and inspire new retail partners about our brands Highly organised and results drivenAbility to quickly adapt and learnFinancial/Quantitative Acumen for reportingEnthusiasm for the beauty industryYour profileHighly organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyResults-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targetsAdaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environmentA strong team player with a collaborative mindsetDemonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityBenefitsPension PlansLeave PackageWork From HomeTraining & Development
