As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager your duties will include: Ensuring the highest standards of care, comfort and security is provided at all times.Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and legislation.Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team, promoting professional development and continuous improvement.Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff and external partners.Contribute to the effective management of budgets, resources, and service strategy.
