Responsibilites as a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant: Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils across different year groups.Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.Encourage engagement, independence and positive learning behaviours.Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment. What You’ll Bring as a Primary SEN Teaching Assistant: Experience working with primary-aged children (school or childcare settings).A patient, supportive and proactive attitude.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
