Many of our best people have progressed through our in-house mentoring and training programmes - this is a place where talent grows.The RoleAs an AV Technician, you'll be at the heart of event delivery - setting up, operating, and de-rigging audio-visual, lighting, and staging systems for a wide variety of live events. You'll work closely with Project Managers, fellow technicians, and clients to ensure every event runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standard.Your key responsibilities will include:Event setup and operationPreparing, testing, and maintaining AV equipment before eventsRigging and operating sound, video, and lighting systems on-siteAssisting with staging, power distribution, and cabling as requiredOperating equipment during live shows, ensuring seamless deliveryTechnical supportTroubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly and efficientlyCarrying out post-event checks and maintenance of equipmentEnsuring kit is stored, transported, and maintained to company standardsCollaboration and safetyWorking closely with Project Managers and Senior Technicians to meet client requirementsFollowing H&S procedures and ensuring safe working practices during rig, live, and de-rigProviding excellent customer service and representing the company professionally on-siteThe CandidateWe're looking for a hands-on AV Technician with experience working on live events or within an AV rental/production environment.
