Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across Truro and the surrounding areas. As a level 3 Teaching assistant, you will be a crucial part of a team, helping to create positive and productive classroom experience.About the role:As a level 3 Teaching assistant, your responsibilities will include; Collaborating closely with class teachers to deliver inclusive and inspiring lessons.Develop teaching practices in nurturing and ongoing professional developments.Provide targeted 1:1 or small group support to meet diverse learner needsAssist with classroom preparation, behaviour management, and hands-on learning activities.Supporting students during activities, projects, and interventions to enhance their learning experience.Contribute to creating a positive, nurturing, and stimulating learning environments. What we’re looking for: NVQ Level 3 in support teaching and learning in Schools or equivalent qualifications.Relevant experience working with children in an education setting.An understanding of SEN and strategies to support students with diverse needs.Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning development.Abilities to work effectively as part of a team and also independently, with proactive and positive attitudes.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
