Are you calm, patient, and passionate about helping children overcome challenges and thrive?We’re partnering with a friendly, supportive primary school in Poulton (FY6) that’s looking for a full-time Behaviour Buddy—someone who can build trust, encourage positive choices, and make a real difference in pupils’ lives. Your Role Will Include: Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to keep them engaged and learningUsing positive behaviour strategies to guide and motivate childrenWorking closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to create a safe, structured environmentBeing a consistent, caring adult that pupils can rely on every day ✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who: Stays calm under pressure and shows empathy naturallyCan confidently support children with behavioural or emotional needsWorks well as part of a team and communicates clearlyHas experience in education, youth work, care, or similar (not essential—but a big plus!)
