In this role, your expertise will help in transforming business operations through robust frameworks and advanced analytics.What you’ll do:Develop and coordinate business process improvement strategies with key stakeholders across the businessBe on top of the process performance to identify and analyze opportunities for improvementLead benchmarking initiatives and support stakeholders for continuous growth across strategic processesProvide BPM expertise and guidance across the organizationProvide coaching and support by demonstrating improvement benefits and ROI to business stakeholdersYou’re a great fit if you possess:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Process Science, Engineering, or Data Science, with at least 7 years of relevant work experienceAt least 3 years of experience in BPM, process mining, process improvement, project management, and data analyticsStrong analysis and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA track record in leading cross-functional teams and management consultingPowered by JazzHR
