Legal Counsel Location: City of LondonHours: Full-time, HybridSalary: Circa 70kStart Date: ASAP Is this the role for you?Our client, a market-leading talent consultancy group, is looking for a commercially aware Legal Counsel (0–2 PQE) to support their in-house legal function. This is a hands-on role working across multiple recruitment brands, offering broad exposure, responsibility and excellent development in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. What you will do:Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts (client terms, supplier agreements, NDAs, MSAs)Support Bids & Contracts Team during tenders and negotiationsAdvise on recruitment, employment and compliance matters (IR35, AWR, Conduct Regs)Provide legal support to General Counsel and wider business functionsHelp develop contract templates, processes and risk managementPrioritise legal tasks in a fast-moving environment What you’ll bring:UK Qualified Solicitor (0–2 PQE) with commercial / employment law experienceStrong contract review and negotiation skillsExcellent communication, organisation and attention to detailProactive, collaborative and able to work under pressure Why join?Hybrid working, bonus, great benefits, and a supportive, people-first culture with real career growth.
