Junior Commercial Sales Negotiator / Sales NegotiatorLocation: Wantage, OxfordshireSalary: Circa package £30,000 per annumPackage: Predominantly basic, with commission increasing as the role developsHours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (no weekends)Own car required - business mileage paid About the role This is a full-time position based in Wantage, working across all aspects of commercial property agency and management. You'll support senior negotiators and the management team in marketing commercial properties, managing enquiries, and coordinating successful transactions. This role would suit someone with a background in residential estate agency who has perhaps "dabbled" in commercial or mixed-use property and wants to take the next step. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, giving you the confidence and knowledge to progress your career in the commercial sector.
