Teaching Assistant - Alternative Provision Specialist - Kettering Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to work within Alternative Provision settings across Kettering. Supporting functional skills and vocational learning. Ideal Candidate Attributes: Experience in SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) or Alternative Provision. Resilience, patience, and the ability to build strong relationships. Understanding of de-escalation and restorative approaches. Flexible and adaptable to meet diverse learner needs.
